The host of the event is Ekofarma Góra, well‑known for its ecological livestock production and closed‑cycle farming system. The farm specializes in the organic breeding of Mangalica pigs and Angus and Galloway cattle, with the animals kept outdoors on pasture year‑round. All feed comes from the farm’s own production, grown without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, underscoring its commitment to natural methods and sustainability. The farm processes its products in its own slaughterhouse, ensuring full control over quality throughout the entire production chain.
